🌷How to import your Home Inspection Pro (HIP) template into ScribeWare

We can import your HIP templates and libraries into ScribeWare, giving you a head start on making the transition!

Importing your Home Inspector Pro templates into ScribeWare will allow you to carry over the language and report structure you already know. Some fine-tuning will still be necessary to take advantage of all the great features ScribeWare offers, but we'll help you get a head start on the transition!

Windows

1. Press Win+R to open the run dialog

2. Copy and paste the following path, and click OK. Be sure to include the quotes! "C:\Program Files (x86)\Home Inspector Pro\Data"

1. Email [e-mail] with the TPZ file(s) corresponding to the templates you'd like to carry over!

MacOS

1. Open a Finder window

2. Press Shift+Cmd+G to open the "Go to folder" dialog

3. Copy and paste the following and select the folder: ~/Documents/Home Inspector Pro/Data

1. Email [e-mail] with the TPZ file(s) corresponding to the templates you'd like to carry over!
